The environment is excellent, there is minimum drama around here. I appreciate the effort to establish a team-based culture that our office has made ever since Navigant took over in order to get more employee's to speak up, hear our concerns and address them. And while I appreciate the casual environment allowed I think those in supervisory and managerial positions should not be to lax in their casual dressing, some of them come to work looking like they just rolled out of bed. I think our office is making a superb effort at establishing a culture that encourages employee's not only to come to work for a paycheck but to enjoy their time in the workplace.
