Siloed culture
Employee - Principal/VP/Director
The firm is poorly managed with the only growth strategy being that of acquisition of firms that have no common purpose or culture.
Employee - Principal/VP/Director
Inept, incompetent, utterly lacking strategy and vision, reactive, unable to inspire or lead.
Employee - Principal/VP/Director
The benefits at navigant are terrible.
Employee - Principal/VP/Director
Navigant has no culture. Not one employee is proud to be at navigant.
Employee - Principal/VP/Director
Navigant bought their name from a travel company, so there's utter confusion on the brand. No one knows, or should no, of this terrible entity. I'm surprised it hasn't yet failed.
Employee - Manager
Navigant is a toxic environment filled with people who do not care for anyone else except for themselves. The Healthcare Organization is led by someone who does not understand technology and continues to make acquisitions that make little strategic sense.
Employee - Manager
Inept Selfish Toxic
Employee - Manager
The firm is very cutthroat and is based on reactionary tendencies. The long term vision is limited and the firm continually changes direction without determining the long term effects. Individual growth at the company is completed in the off hours and the employees do not trust management to support them when they are attempting to improve their skill-set.
Employee - Manager
out of touch, more concerned with stock price than anything else.
Employee - Manager
compensation is random and not necessarily based on performance, skill or the amount of work you do for the company.
Employee - Manager
Unfortunately, working in the trenches is like trying to survive in the wild west, and loyalty is not necessarily valued or rewarded. There are a lot of 'problem children' who are allowed to behave badly. Pay is random and not based on skill, performance or what you do for the company. The firm's "growth by acquisition" strategy has led to a lack of any real corporate culture. Unfortunately, the 24/7 work environment leads to burnout.
Employee - Manager
if Navigant could figure out their overall brand strategy and unifying approach to market, they might actually have a fighting chance at being a decent firm, but it will take senior leadership getting out of HQ offices and actually learning who people are and what they need to be able to effectively do their jobs.
Employee - Manager
Very employee oriented. Good management, with career growth opportunities.
Employee - Manager
After work activities make you feel like part of a larger group, circle of colleagues.
