Very youthful. MBAs are not highly valued and should not default to OW. Only recruits from a handful of schools and lacks diversity because of this. Culture seems to selectively reward clique cohesion, leaving people who are less prone to falling into cliques on their own to navigate, which tends to stunt growth compared to peers.

Former Employee - Manager
Strong in financial services and certain areas of operation, but overall weak in general strategy due to limited though leadership amongst consultants below the partner level because of age and limited experience.

Former Employee - Manager
The firm is very young because it recruits primarily out of college. As a result, there is a lot of energy and excitement.

Eat what you kill culture in the partnership creates many negative incentives that put the firm's interests ahead of clients and results in constant selling of projects.

Project leadership tend to challenge you in work {e.g. always demanding more) while coddling newer consultants socially. The office cultures vary wildly, Boston houses HR leadership and that imposes a more politicized culture.

Former Employee - Principal/VP/Director
It is a good finishing school for young consultants, with a highly respected brand. If you do not "Fit" you will likely still be used as a contractor if you wish.
