Their employee review process is NOT truly reflective of each employee's actual performance. They claimed to have a mid-year review to inform employees of their performance so there are "no surprises" & that is NOT the case. I received a good review at mid-year & then a final review that did not make sense based on the mid-year because they were building a case to lay me off while I was 7 months pregnant!
