Employee - Manager / Senior Manager
The culture is something I'd change here.
Employee - Manager / Senior Manager
Cutthroat, political, competitive, nasty, and cold.
Employee - Manager / Senior Manager
Know your politics and trust no one
Employee - Director
Pepsico´s main issue is that it is overly political and in many cases perfomance is not what drives professional development.
Employee - Director
The work culture overtly political.
Employee - Director
PepsiCo is a company with strong reputation and a truly global business.
Employee - Manager / Senior Manager
The culture depends a lot on the management team in place so it's mixed bag. The management team tends to change regularly and the "culture" changes with them, as the company itself doesn't have a particularly strong culture
Employee - Manager / Senior Manager
Things change very fast, so it's an interesting place to work but not consistent
Employee - Manager / Senior Manager
It allows you to work on your projects and they evolve smoothly, no one is there to block your way like in other companies I have worked for. This nurtures the sense of being able to acomplish profesional tasks with inner support driving belonging and self confidence. The only caveat is that things change in terms of organizational decisions which requests a huge effort of adaptation and flexibility and to be able to cope with changing management and leadership styles.
Employee - Manager / Senior Manager
There are two environments, the managers/director/VP close level and it is like an exclusive club only few belong to (mostly men), but even when you do not belong to that team, there is the other one in which you can live freely if it is OK with you thar despite your merits, you have few carrier optios by not belonging to the exclusive club. So it is a company you can work, do your things and manage projects for your own personal enrichment feeling, and this develops some sort of "passive" belonging, which is manageable if you can live without being part of the huge league.
Employee - Manager / Senior Manager
Commit into actions the "diversity and inclusion"statement, lot is said but on a smaller scale level anything happens.
Employee - Director
Its culture and understanding it is probably one of the most vital things to working here.
Employee - Director
Very competitive environment, teamwork, empowerment and results oriented.
