Protiviti Mexico Member Firm´s culture is deplorable. There is no culture at all. Their Humiliation and bullying is the thing that stands out most to me about it.

This is a Firm where the Managing Director use to humilliate people, being rude, agressive as well as bullying the Consultants. Thus, Managers, Senior Managers and other Managing Directors behave like prank. On the top of that, they constantly scam its clients by offering Global top-of-notch services, but they do not even have the Skills to deliver those. Of course, the fee they are charging to customers is heavily high.
