The focus of the firm was sales. Excessive work load was put on employees with no support once a contract is secured. Unfair blames are not uncommon when things go wrong.

Favoritism is common, clients are not taken care of once the contract is secured. Employees are almost pushed to do a fast job without quality even though they didn't specifically say it but showed it from actions. Employees who skip critical quality steps (like review workpapers) but did a fast job are rewarded.

Not sure about it's marketing reputation, but trainings are focused on sales. They do have people who can talk and tell a beautiful story.
