Family like culture within the organization. People knew each others personal and professional aspirations and helped them to achieve them.

Very open conversations at all levels. Remote work, technology adoption(google for work) is amazing.

At my office we are a great group of people. The average age is quite low (30-40) and I like that they want to put their trust in young people. I also like PwC because of their ambition to be number one in the market according to, for example IT-solutions/digitalization.
Employee - Principal/VP/Director
very good market reputation
Employee - Principal/VP/Director
Top-1 in the U.K. I believe.
Employee - Principal/VP/Director
Closed, predatory culture that only respects talent groomed from the entry levels. Poor integration of acquired firm's talent and leadership.

Very good add to my resume.

It depends - for young kids out of college it's a good place to learn and get your feet wet and have a brand name on their resume. But it is easy to get lost in these large companies (PwC or any other large consulting firms). Thus, it is often good to get out after a few years and do something different.
Employee - Senior Associate/Consultant
It was a great place to work for with a number of exciting projects happening at the same time and with a good organisational culture fill with very enthusiastic staff.
Employee - Manager
Performance and sales driven metrics which foster continued learning and initiatives.
Employee - Manager
Great opportunity to learn very fast. Intense environment but also well balanced with coaching and mentoring. Great exposure to many companies and a lot of learning on the job as well as specialised training opportunities.
Employee - Principal/VP/Director
It depends which leadership team you refer to: the US firm or global. The answers may differ.
Employee - Manager
Capable, passionate, supportive, however male dominated and not (yet) embracing diversity though there is a lot of talking about diversity.
