Great opportunity to learn very fast. Intense environment but also well balanced with coaching and mentoring. Great exposure to many companies and a lot of learning on the job as well as specialised training opportunities.
Employee - Manager
Capable, passionate, supportive, however male dominated and not (yet) embracing diversity though there is a lot of talking about diversity.

Good benefits (health coverage, car allowance), good vacation days entitlement (though not always able to take full advantage of all holidays/paid vacation due to workload)

At my office we are a great group of people. The average age is quite low (30-40) and I like that they want to put their trust in young people. I also like PwC because of their ambition to be number one in the market according to, for example IT-solutions/digitalization.
Employee - Manager
Leased cars or car allowance (which was great to have especially when I was junior) for all levels from junior consultant up Bike scheme (supporting cycling to work) End of trip facilities (showers, etc) to support cycling/walking to the office
Employee - Manager
Competence is key, competitive culture, diversity is talked about but not really reflected in leadership (especially women leadership role models are very very few)

Excellent market reputation

Price Waterhouse was the best consulting company that I've ever worked for. Top management cared about staff and training. Note that this was before the general trend to use H1B staff.
