Employee - Partner
Good; but not as good as McKinsey, BCG, or Bain.
Employee - Partner
Flexibility and client orientation
Employee - Partner
Pragmatic and rather short term oriented
Employee - Principal/VP/Director
It depends which leadership team you refer to: the US firm or global. The answers may differ.
Employee - Principal/VP/Director
It depends - for young kids out of college it's a good place to learn and get your feet wet and have a brand name on their resume. But it is easy to get lost in these large companies (PwC or any other large consulting firms). Thus, it is often good to get out after a few years and do something different.
Employee - Principal/VP/Director
A great opportunity to learn client service and strength and/ or gain new skills, but culture is Changing where employees are perceived as commodities vs assets

Excellence
Employee
Thinks it understands diversity but hasn't a clue: still need to obtain sponsor from a partner for promotion to Directir & above; partners will only sponsor those they know, like and have worked with ie those they feel comfortable with. Individuals who challenge or don't "fit" do not get on. Females with different approaches stand no chance. Similar with disabilities; no creative thinking, all very patronising even when believing they are embracing diversity
Employee - Manager
non-supportive, confused leadership
Employee - Manager
Unstructured long working hours, terrible project management, working on weekends, no work-life balance, working on multiple projects at a time, no support from seniors
Employee - Principal/VP/Director
Good reputation, they are better than their market awareness.
Employee - Principal/VP/Director
Partners control everything, including access to Clients, even if it was a Director's former client. A few great partners, a lot that got partnerships based on one account and hardly ever sold or managed another piece of business well. Director and down have lots of amazing, smart, hardworking people.
Employee - Principal/VP/Director
Great base compensation. Bonuses are given to partner's favorites.
Employee - Principal/VP/Director
Talented, smart, polished, pool of experts, don't promote or reward hardest workers, partner privilege, partner bullies, some fabulous collaborative partners, great learning ground, tons of methodologies, not innovative (want to repeat the same engagements to all industry clients), restrictive, tax/audit controlled, blocking accesses to Clients
Employee - Senior Associate/Consultant
leadership and commitment
Employee - Principal/VP/Director
Full recognition and respect
Employee - Principal/VP/Director
Integrity and professionalism
Employee - Manager
It is the TOP reputation in the market!
Employee - Manager
Very understud that you only start to earn real money once you get to partner... all other ar just for staying...
Employee - Manager
Very experienced, yet very exigent, but very well
