I would recommend this firm for anyone to learn starter and attention to detail - a good skills to acquire when you are just starting your career. Sep start your career as associate and do lot of grunt work that would eventually make you a better analyst, project manager, etc. I would not recommend this firm for people who have their own pov and cannot stick to her mentality. You will be crushed in the dept politics. Your hard work and contributions are not valued or lead to promotion unless you have someone who is rooting for you on the partner's table. So know your surrounding, work hard but build champions for you. You cannot just focus on your work & outcome. It is not a place for you to "not travel". Your career would not go anywhere if you cannot travel. You need to fit in a mold and if you cannot it is better you get out by yourself otherwise the system would take away your confidence. 50% projects are good and 50% not that good. And if you happen to be on the later one many times, realize it and get out otherwise you would not be able to go out ever.
