Employee - Manager

The firm has not completely merged the prior companies acquired which is why they lack a common consulting framework that is used in engagements. Very little focus on personal development.

Employee - Manager

Very weak and not best of breed nor ethical. I was working on an engagement where the partner had one of his sons working on it as well, also evaluated him.

Employee - Manager

This was the first company where I consistently did no receive a bonus. I received the highest or second highest marks for the review that were completed for me while receiving more of the the former. Compensation was the lowest I received in years. Had I known that, I would have never worked there.

Employee - Manager

Benefits were a little above average for my years of experience but nothing really extra. Medical, dental, and vision but not much more.

Employee - Manager

In my organization, CIO Advisory, they were very cliquish, and at times rude (speaking in different languages in front of other employees until asked not to). If you were not part of one of those cliques then you were on your own for personal development, engagement assignments, etc.

Employee - Manager

Living off of the past, when they were Pricewaterhouse and Cooper and Lybrand and had some prestige. Partners/Principals share offices at their US headquarters.

Employee - Senior Associate/Consultant

Base + Yearly Bonus (Average bonus payout about 3-4% of base salary at Senior Associate level)

Employee - Principal/VP/Director

strong- highly competent in field - low level of consulting experience

Employee - Principal/VP/Director

Wealth Builder

Employee - Principal/VP/Director

disorganized and partner centric culture

Employee - Principal/VP/Director

very good in audit- consulting is a mixed bag

Employee - Manager

No work bslance

Employee - Manager

Lack of integrity & moral values

Employee - Principal/VP/Director

After the combination of PW & CL the company became more and more inhuman, exploiting the people and acting cruel on their lives.

Employee - Principal/VP/Director

People who come into power by exploiting others, raising hopes for careers they don't foster. When people are becoming ill, they are merely judged by the lower performance they show due to that. Within the teams, it is very much dependent if you are lucky with a good team and good spirit or just a bunch of frustrated consultants.

Employee - Principal/VP/Director

The culture was always dependent on the partner who ran the project. Could be fun, or just devastating.

Employee - Principal/VP/Director

They - like all big auditing companies by today - fucked up some big assignments. The reputation is harmed hence.

Employee - Manager

Technology consulting lacks depth and is primarily powerpoint driven

profit driven

Employee - Manager

It is a corporate culture in consulting, everything is driven by utilization. Some of the IT work undertaken is beyond the skill level of the available pool, but they will take it anyway.
