It is run by accountants.
Employee
Top-down, hierarchical ops structure which pays lip service to what it thinks Millenials wants, but doesn't listen to employee feedback. Also pays lip service to gender equality but doesn't promote women at nearly the rate it promotes men. No professional development for someone like me who is an able EA with an advanced degree. Pigeonholes people. Punishes initiative rather than rewards it.
Employee
Has no idea of the effects of their decisions on people "on the ground." Expects 24/7 availability of salaried employees, including working 24-hour shifts, often more than once per week.
Employee
Associates are started at less than I make as an EA. Partners make a base of around 400-500K plus other perks. Very top leadership is making more than 50 x what those at the bottom earn.
Employee
6 weeks paid vacation. Unspecified sick time, but HR calls a meeting if exceeds 100 hours. Poor communication re: FMLA option. No flex time or telecommuting for EAs.
Employee
Brutal expectations of associates and senior associates. Absolutely no opportunity for anyone not in an accounting role.
Employee
Stodgy, clumsy, arrogant, but highly competent. Expensive.

Partners are not knowledgeable to industry.
