Bonus component is never assured as it remains to be shared by the Partner given his preference and choice of dishonest people who blindly follow him. Annual evaluation is more of a farce and misleading tool used by management.

Bad. Scams such as Satyam case is what it is known for in the market. Clients get here because they know work will get done...as government approvals can be bought with a price. PwC continues to use government machinery and money as a tool to get work done. No technical merit or expertise or experience is require to work or survive. You have to showcase how and when to use the bribe approach to get the work done
