- "Work-life balance" is not a lip-service term here. It's real. Slalom consultants work on challenging business issues while maintaining their local networks and further strengthen by staying local with Slalom (i.e. no travel) - Pay relative to quality

Like most consulting companies Slalom tries to lowball manpower costs. But it does so in many circumstances by having staffers on part time and relying on the person's primary employer to cover "right to work" issues like H1B visas. Thus many of its employees do not feel they are in a position to negotiate with Slalom for better salary
