Culture is very flexible, working hours is not really an issue, you can adapt easily to your lifestyle. You are given a lot of trust, ownership and autonomy. It is very transparent, we always know the plan and what is going on in the company. The Lead team is more present and addresses the whole company quite often (in town halls) and they do Q&A which is fantastic.
