Great people. Strategy& has managed to maintain the small firm culture of its predecessor Booz & Co, while taking advantage of some of the amazing big firm capabilities and benefits of PwC. It also seems to have maintained a lot of the corporate strategy work that is in high demand among those weighing their consulting firm options.
