They are very understanding and will help support you through whatever you might be struggling with - work, school or life.

It's a great working environment and since a majority of us work remotely, communication is key. I honestly feel more in touch with my coworkers at this company than I did at my previous job when I saw them all in person. That's saying something considering I've met my coworkers from sway group only once in person since starting. I love working here and I love the team!

The culture at Sway Group is phenomenal. I just started working here last month and we had a full company retreat in vegas during which the leadership described their vision and plans for the new year. It felt great to meet the team and all be in one room and hear such wonderful collaborative goals coming from management. I feel really lucky and supported, by not just management but all of the ladies on the team. Speaking of which, it's about a 20 person company and 19 of the employees are women! Which is incredible and I love :)
