Employee - Manager / Senior Manager
The company is in transition and chaos, since they're moving everyone to Texas. So many employees left the company and so new employees are being hired daily and thrown into an evolving situation. Rarely do you find people who know what to do and when to do it. But each person is supposed to know how to keep the machine going, even with inadequate training. Sad, really. It is a survival mode operation now.

They tell a good story on the outside, but once you're inside, it is totally different. Employee beware.

Good work culture.

The working environment was not very female friendly. The upper management is too busy with political games then actually doing work. No new initiative didn't go unpunished. It's almost like they didn't want people to accomplish anything. They hire you for your previous experience you have had but then spend the entire time trying to mold you into what they think is right. All projects take a long time to start and even longer to complete. I hated working there.

Slow moving, political even at lower levels. a lot of company values are spoken about but actually never practiced. lots of lots of hot air was my experience. it took forever to get anyone to do anything on time and in budget

If you are a woman you need to be stronger than you have ever been and firmer than you have ever been. It is a male dominated environment and they were very openly hostile towards me as soon as I had my first child. I found it very discouraging.
