The firm is very active in high level strategy consulting dealing with the C-Level in most client companies. The office is a virtual environment so employees can live where they want (as long as its close to an airport :-)). If you like international work and travel, WP&C does quite a bit of European work.

Focus on excellent delivery and strong client relations. Friendly team atmosphere and rewards for success as a team. I forgot to mention in the "perks section" but the firm give employees team "reward dollars" for delivery whereby the team can spend as they wish. Many teams have taken trips together on reward dollars. It's a very supportive and friendly culture.

We regularly evaluate market rate for consultant comp and stay competitive with the top firms. For my own role I have negotiated higher base and no bonus. Our consultants have a competitive annual bonus, plus additional bonuses for nights away from home and workouts.

As a small firm, WP&C can and does make different arrangements when it works for our employees and our clients. We admit though, a lot of the work requires our consultants to travel and interact directly with clients. We have a few unusual bonuses as well. The overnight bonus (paid per night away) reflects our recognition that time away from home comes at a cost and many consultants pay it directly to their spouse. The workout bonus incentives healthy, energizing living while on the road.
