About Presenters:

Nancy Farina Johnston is the Director, Alumni Career Management at Columbia Business School. She leads the efforts to provide resources and programming to alumni of Columbia Business School, including providing individual leadership and executive coaching, and career management advising. Prior to joining the Business School in April 2017, Nancy worked at Chicago Booth in a corporate relations role and as a coach in Booth's Career Management Center. Nancy has also held a variety of marketing management positions, primarily in entrepreneurial firms in the software industry. She holds a B.B.A. in Marketing and Finance from Loyola University, a M.A. in Counseling and Organizational Psychology from Adler University in Chicago, and an MBA from DePaul University. She is a certified coach in the popular Designing Your Life program, along with additional coaching certifications.

James Wu is an Executive and Career Coach at Columbia Business School and advises Executive MBA students on all areas of leadership development and career strategy. He helps clients apply rigorous frameworks to develop customized and practical plans to fulfill their career aspirations. Prior to joining Columbia, James was a management consultant at Deloitte, where he focused on strategy and innovation projects in the high tech and human capital space, and spearheaded numerous talent development and coaching programs. He holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BA in Economics from Yale University.
