Marc Beretta, Irish and French (dual citizenship) with Italian and Greek roots, is a Master Certified Coach (MCC) by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). He worked in Managerial Positions in Finance for demanding companies, such as Nomura Securities, Arthur Andersen and Louis Vuitton-Moët-Hennessy for 15 years before radically changing his career and becoming an Executive Coach 15 years ago. Now, he is a Master Certified Coach and he has been coaching Organizations, Teams, Executives and Managers on various topics, including change management. Marc has been teaching Management & Leadership, and Personal Development to Executives at HEC Paris since 2009; he is an Academic Director there. He is an Academic member of various programs, such as the TRIUM -NYU-LSE-HEC- Global Executive MBA program, or the 100% online Master’s of Science in Innovation and Entrepreneurship (MSIE) program.
