About Presenter:

Theresa Strickland is the CEO of Chief Home Design, and Executive Professor of Business at Santa Clara University. During her 25 years of management experience, Ms. Strickland has excelled in leading a variety of merchandising initiatives for Macys, Pottery Barn, Cost Plus World Market, Sears and Kmart, and Chief Home Design. She is also Founder and Faculty Director to the Online ‘Women Corporate Board and Readiness Program’ at the Silicon Valley Executive Center and the Boar Member of WIPP, MOBI, LSB, Ruffalo Noel Levitz SEO Marketing and Ivy Exec.

Ms. Strickland received a BA in Fashion Design and Merchandising from Chico State University, and an EMBA from Leavey School of Business, Santa Clara University. She has been married for 30 years, has two grown children and lives in both San Francisco and New York with her husband Tye and French Bull dog Maci .
