About Presenter:

Ainka J. Fulani is the owner of BreakThrough Coaching. She supports people in pursuing a healthy and happy lifestyle. She brings a “whole person” approach to her practice, working towards equilibrium between career, health, family, fitness and all the other aspects of ones life.

She works with individuals and groups focused on professional and personal development. Ainka has created and facilitated numerous workshops and off-sites for organizations like Kaiser Permanente, INROADS, Inc., The University of California, Berkeley and the National Association of Women MBAs. She has held various leadership roles in retail, financial services, telecomm, the non-profit sector and academia. As a Wharton Alumni Preferred Coach she provides career management services to experienced professionals worldwide.

Ainka received her BA in English from UC Berkeley and her MBA from Wharton and holds numerous certifications, including  Designing Instruction, Group Facilitation and General Human Resource Management from NYU, as well as in Pilates, yoga and personal training. All of these experiences contribute to Ainka being a creative thinker and relentless advocate in support of ones growth. As she likes to put it, she helps people to be their best selves and get closer to their bliss.
