Being a part of the Executive MBA program at Michigan State allowed me to think broadly about how businesses and corporations operate. I was promoted midway through the program and my position now has varied. My original role was dedicated to engineering and technology. When I would be at the leadership table with sales, marketing, and support, I would only answer technology-related questions. Now, I am helping facilitate capital and expense budget discussions. I gained confidence in trying to achieve a greater level of responsibility.

I really admire how Michigan State builds their curriculum; starting with the one-week residency through the culminating events in our final semester. It is very well-designed, and it is perfect for anyone to become an executive leader.

Deciding to do the Executive MBA at Michigan State was always something I had in my mind. I had a number of past employers who had gone through the program, some friends, and I knew that the program would be topnotch.  The program has really given me a continuation of my business background. I have an undergraduate degree in business and marketing, but the program made sure that I was able to apply the concepts that I learned over the weekend, Friday and Saturday, into my real life throughout the week.

I was able to discuss and explore different areas in deeper ways. The program not only helped me grow The SOURCE foundation but increased my contributions as a partner to the employers that we are serving. And that is everything.
