Classes meet weekly on Thursday evening and Saturday morning
Our Executive MBA program begins with a week-long immersive residential in San Diego. Mid-program, students will spend 9 days in in a global learning experience meeting with executives from multi-national, U.S. based and host-based companies. Recent locations have included China, Vietnam, Japan and India. The program concludes with a business and public policy course in Washington DC where students will engage with various government entities.

Her leadership and sustainable operating practices have made EEP a guiding beacon for green American businesses.
Kelly’s leadership and the company’s innovations have been recognized in multiple awards such as U.S. EPA’s Safer Choice Partner of the Year award, Global Green’s 2016 Corporate Environmental Leadership Award, and Green Building & Design’s 2016 Women in Sustainability Leadership Award.

Admitted to the California, New York and Washington D.C. bars, Hank Rupp is a former Deputy District Attorney and Court Appointed Special Prosecutor. He was certified by the State Bar of California as a Specialist in Criminal Law.
In 2007, he began as General Counsel for the Rancho Guejito Corporation, a California entity which owns Rancho Guejito, a 23,000 acre (36 sq.mi.) grass fed cattle ranch, organic produce farm and vineyards. Upon his graduation from Chapman University’s Executive MBA program in 2017, Hank was promoted to Chief Operations Officer of Rancho Guejito Corporation as well as well as another wholly owned subsidiary Rancho Guejito Vineyard Corporation, a fine wine producer with numerous vineyards in San Diego County, California.

Dr. Thomas (Tom) Turk is the interim dean of the Argyros School of Business and Economics at Chapman University. He is also currently a professor of management. Dr. Turk previously served as the Leatherby Chair in Entrepreneurship. Dr. Turk joined Chapman University in 1992 after serving for five years on the faculty at Texas A&M University. He earned a Ph.D. in Strategic Management from the University of California, Irvine in 1988.
Dr. Turk's research on corporate strategy, corporate governance, and executive compensation issues has appeared in leading academic journals, including Academy of Management Journal, Academy of Management Review, Economic Inquiry, Human Relations, Journal of Management, Journal of High Technology Management, Strategic Management Review, and Journal of Economics and Business. His research on corporate governance, mergers and hostile takeovers has appeared in Corporate Governance and The Management of Corporate Acquisitions, both collections of articles by internationally recognized scholars. His current research focuses on improving resource allocation by applying property rights theory to the internal management of organizations.
Dr. Turk lectures widely in executive education programs for both public and private organizations. He frequently consults with businesses on strategic planning, strategic change, and executive compensation issues. Dr. Turk has provided management training and consulting services to over 100 clients, including Ford Motor Company, Koch Industries, Time Warner Communications, Boise Cascade, Toyota, Marsh McLennan, Allergan, First American Financial, and many other government, non-profit and for-profit organizations. He also serves as an expert witness on top executive compensation and business valuation issues.
Dr Turk’s current research and consulting assists firms in reducing bureaucracy and increasing their capacity to take entrepreneurial initiative.

Professor of Economics and Management Science. Ph.D., University of California, Santa Barbara. Dr. Sfeir teaches microeconomics, applied econometrics, statistics and forecasting. His research interests include operations research, capital asset pricing models and applied economics. Dr. Sfeir conducts the quarterly survey of purchasing managers in California and is quoted frequently in The Los Angeles Times and The Orange County Register. He is currently studying the performance of the manufacturing sector in California.
