Lotta is interested in innovation, product development and design-thinking processes. Her research focuses on how to support companies when these are applying design principles to their innovative practices. She is especially interested in the creation of rudimentary prototypes and initial experiments in product and service development. She works closely with firms when carrying out research to develop practices and methods for the initial innovation process. Currently, Lotta works as a Lecturer and researcher at two universities: ESADE Business School in Barcelona and Aalto University in Helsinki.
Previously, Lotta worked as a consultant and co-founded Seos, a design agency working in the sustainable design and product development areas. She has worked as a Consultant for companies such as Nokia, Toshiba, Suunto, Iittala Group and Helsinki Design Week.
Professor of Finance
Pablo Triana studied at NYU Stern (Statistics, Derivatives and Financial Mathematics) and at American University (Macro and Micro Economics, Economic Development and International Finance). He has held various posts in the financial industry and has also taught at IE Business School and John Hopkins University. He has written three books: The Number that Killed Us (Wiley, 2011), Lecturing Birds on Flying (Wiley, 2009), and Corporate Derivatives (Risk Books, 2006), exploring the use of derivatives by non-financial corporations.
He has also authored numerous articles in the specialized press. Worth noting amongst these are The Financial Times (30 articles), BusinessWeek, Risk and Yale Economic Review. Pablo is also the Joint Editor of Corporate Finance Review (edited by Thomson-Reuters).
