The blended learning program provided the ideal opportunity to gain a world class education while being able to continue working full time in my current role and location. Unlike face-to-face classroom discussions, online posting is more challenging, yet it gave me an avenue to develop the skill of thinking, composing ideas and responding in a brief and concise manner that can communicate to a global audience. Collaborating with classmates in different countries to share experiences and develop ideas provided the ideal experience of working with a global team or organization, as well as a unique opportunity for cross-cultural bonding. The face-to-face sessions were high points in the program that afforded me the opportunity to strengthen bonds with amazing classmates, interact with my professors, see the world through the eyes of other cultures, network and share new experiences. I am glad I chose the blended program. Though very challenging, I could share my work experience, seek advice as well as apply new learnings to current work issues while adding new value to both myself and my organization.

The impact of completing the GXMBA was exactly what I hoped for: it made me a better manager. I have acquired tools enabling me to run the company with confidence in place of trial-and-error. Let's try this out has been changed to let's do THIS. My growth can especially be attributed to the integrity of the professors. They all managed to create an environment where I felt that they were there for the student, rather than the other way around, and it enhanced the learning experience and joy significantly.
