Jonathan Doh is the Rammrath Chair in International Business, Faculty Director of the Center for Global Leadership, and Professor of Management at the Villanova School of Business. He teaches and does research at the intersection of international business, strategic management, and corporate responsibility. Doh has been a visiting professor at Vienna University of Economic and Business, University of Auckland, and University of Sydney, among others. Previously, he was on the faculty of American and Georgetown Universities and a trade official with the U.S. Department of Commerce, with responsibilities related to NAFTA and North American trade. Jonathan is author or co-author of more than 70 articles, 35 chapters, a dozen teaching cases and simulations, and eight books. He currently serves as Editor- in-Chief of Journal of World Business, has been ranked among the top 20 most prolific international business scholars in the world, and is a fellow of the Academy of International Business. His cases, simulations, and articles are used at leading business schools and have won several awards, and he has consulted for many public and private organizations in North American, Europe, Latin America, and Asia. He holds a Ph.D. in strategic and international management from George Washington University.

Terry Nance has over forty years of communication teaching experience, working with corporate executives, law enforcement officers, middle managers and teachers. She has directed workshops on interpersonal communication, listening skills, conversation skills, impression management, developing professional voice and diction, conflict resolution and cultural diversity.

As Associate Vice Provost for Diversity and Inclusion and Chief Diversity Officer, Terry is responsible for monitoring all aspects of diversity and inclusion for the University including faculty and staff hiring and retention, curriculum diversification, other related strategic related initiatives.

A distinguished member of Villanova University’s faculty since 1978, Terry has been instrumental in the design and initiation of the Communication Department where she held the position of Chair and still instructs various communication courses.

Wen Mao was born and raised in Suzhou, China. She came to the U.S. in 1990 for graduate work and earned a PhD in Economics from Virginia Tech (Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University) in 1994. Her research fields are Game Theory, Microeconomic Theory, and Public Finance. She has published in journals such as Economic Theory, International Journal of Game Theory, Journal of Economic Behavior and Organization, Journal of Banking and Finance, Japanese Economic Review, etc.

Wen taught at Tulane University prior to joining Villanova. She started the summer China business program at the graduate and the undergraduate level in 1998, and has been taking students to China every year.
