Jason A. Colquitt is the William Harry Willson Distinguished Chair and Professor in the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business, Department of Management. He received his Ph.D. from Michigan State University’s Eli Broad Graduate School of Management, and earned his B.S. in Psychology from Indiana University. His research interests include justice, trust, and personality influences on task and learning performance. He has published more than thirty articles on these and other topics in Academy of Management Journal, Academy of Management Review, Journal of Applied Psychology, Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes, and Personnel Psychology.

He recently completed a three-year term as the Editor-in-Chief for Academy of Management Journal, after previously serving as an Associate Editor. Professor Colquitt is currently serving on the editorial boards of Academy of Management Journal, Administrative Science Quarterly, Journal of Applied Psychology, and Personnel Psychology. He is a recipient of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology’s Distinguished Early Career Contributions Award and the Cummings Scholar Award for early to mid-career achievement, sponsored by the Organizational Behavior division of the Academy of Management. He also authors one of the top-selling organizational behavior textbooks, now in its fifth edition.

Marie Mitchell is an Associate Professor of Management in the Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia. She received her Ph.D. in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida, specializing in Management. She also holds an M.A. in Human Resources from Rollins College and a B.A. in Political Science from George Mason University. Her research focuses on social and ethical issues in organizational behavior and human resource management. Focus is given to understanding “dark” or destructive behavior within organizations in three related areas: (1) deviant and abusive behavior, (2) workplace relationships, and (3) behavioral ethics. Much of her work examines the nature of supervisors and leaders’ abusive and harmful behavior, and its implications to organizations and employees. Dr. Mitchell’s research has appeared in journals such as the Journal of Applied Psychology, Personnel Psychology, Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes, Journal of Management, and Journal of Organizational Behavior, and she is an Associate Editor at Personnel Psychology and serves on the editorial boards of the Academy of Management Journal and Journal of Applied Psychology.

Dr. Brian Gibson is Wilson Family Professor in the Department of Aviation and Supply Chain Management. He teaches logistics and supply chain management courses in Auburn's undergraduate, graduate and distance learning programs.

Dr. Gibson is the recipient of multiple Harbert College of Business awards and has co-authored numerous articles in publications such as International Journal of Logistics: Research and Applications, International Journal of Logistics Management, Journal of Business Logistics, and Supply Chain Management Review. He also serves as an editorial review board member or reviewer for five publications.

Dr. Gibson participates in executive education, corporate training, and consulting projects and has participated in the development and delivery of training programs for organizations such as IKEA, Ryder Integrated Logistics, Saturn, Transfreight, Unilever, and WC Bradley. that achieve business objectives while supporting employee autonomy and well-being.
