Employee - Analyst / Associate / Consultant

The company is stable and run by strategic and intelligent people. For the most part, people seem to earn their way into management roles. The company culture leaves a bit to be desired in that there is little fraternization outside of the workplace and, while people may work together for decades, they never cross the professional/personal boundary with co-workers.

Employee - Analyst / Associate / Consultant

The culture was very professional and task oriented. People talk about work and only work.

Employee - Analyst / Associate / Consultant

This is a high achieving company that takes work seriously. Quality work is rewarded but the culture leaves a bit to be desired. If you're looking to work somewhere that you feel like you're part of a family, this is not the place.

Employee - Director

I would recommend this company if you want to work for a large corporate entity and have growth potential.

Employee - Director

Culture at this company was strict professionalism and business like.

Employee - Director

Requires you to bring your "A" game and the ability to work in a large/global envioronment

Employee - Manager / Senior Manager

Poor management, low employee morale, high turnover.

Employee - Manager / Senior Manager

Very negative people. Adverse to change.

Employee - Vice President (VP, SVP, EVP, etc.)

Hostile work environment. Senior management is very petty.

Employee - Vice President (VP, SVP, EVP, etc.)

Culture was mean spirited and petty. "Old boys" network.

Employee - Director

Management was very Authoritarian. Senior Managers had less knowledge about Construction Defects Excess and Primary than the Directors and Adjusters. Authority levels were too restrictive, and Senior Management did not listen to what was needed. Inherited files had not paid vendors in years, hundreds of thousands of dollars and senior managers chose to blame the subordinates instead of accepting responsibility for what they dumped in our laps.

Employee - Director

Terrible culture - rule by authority on the East Coast/Home Office

Employee - Director

Watch your back...everyone looks out for themselves.
