Acquis does a terrific job of giving flexibility while also making sure each person receives career oversight. Acquis is a "home" for many people who may not be able to maintain the rigor of a Monday-Thursday travel schedule or who would have left the industry after having children. Acquis also does a great job of promoting from within. Many of the senior level resources started at the firm as Analysts.
