People are taken care of and the company is seen as a family, even given how much it's grown over the past few years. Partners and Leadership are demonstrating being able to keep the small firm culture through expansion. Also incredible opportunities to stand out and do something different if you can show value (e.g. bring in new clients, start up a new practice area, even create new businesses within the company).

The firm takes culture and employee satisfaction very seriously, to the extent that David (one of the founders) reports on it and announces it side by side with our financial performance -- it is an integral part of the overall firm strategy and goals. Plus, the people here are Jacks/Jills of all trades and super pleasant -- you don't get the arrogant, obnoxious types you find at a lot of consulting firms. This is primary reason why I decided to join. The firm also really believes in partnering with clients -- not just throwing out some BS "strategy" or "executing" for the sake of billable hours. True strategy evolves during execution, and everyone here believes that.

Base salary + performance bonus + profit sharing. The base is about average, but the latter two can really help ramp up the total package. That said, I'm old enough to know that money is only one small dimension -- people always want more. I'm really happy here, happiest professionally I've been in over a decade, and there really isn't any financial compensation that can match that.
