In terms of culture and day to day business, aden + anais is the best place I've worked. As long as you're open to it, this group can really feel like a second family to depend on.

Anyone claiming to not have fun in this office has clearly never tried to leave their desk. People are always open to have a good time after work hanging around in the lounge. I've dealt with office cliques before, but here there's no such thing. It's great to get a sense that everyone has the same work hard/play hard attitude regardless of title or management position.

You get out what you put in at a+a. If you keep your head down and leave at 5pm you'll miss out on great relationships (both personal and professional). It's an open bunch of people here who are always happy to have a good time and get to know one another.
