Employee - Analyst / Associate

Solid company. Professional. Collaboration could increase and become more agile.

Employee - Analyst / Associate

Gold standard brand. They did a great job transforming from a box software company to Creative Cloud.

Employee - Manager / Senior Manager

Would recommend internal emphasis on marketing rather than technology.

Employee - Manager / Senior Manager

Still have a good internal culture.

Employee - Manager / Senior Manager

Internally ethical and in dealing with customers. Cared about quality.

Employee - Analyst / Associate

The culture is very creative and collaborative. It is fun and relaxed, and you really feel proud to work there!

Employee - Analyst / Associate

They really value their employees!

Employee - Manager / Senior Manager

Great technology. Employees are very bright.

Employee - Manager / Senior Manager

Management makes the decisions and rarely considers input of lower level employees even when these employees provide data. Management makes last minute decisions and changes and expects the company to turn on a dime. There are many managers who are not qualified for their positions but are protected by their managers.

Employee - Director

Emerging markets focus to be bolder, consistent and with long term commitment is a change I'd suggest.

Employee - Analyst / Associate

Some mid-management personnel should be shuffled around.

Employee - Analyst / Associate

To survive, you ust be able to do the job well.

Employee - Manager / Senior Manager

Company takes good care of you.

Employee - Manager / Senior Manager

Tendancy to shift initiatives to partners who do not perform as well as the inside teams; some infighting among strategic groups. Insufficient attention and $$$ paid to maintain several platforms that are profit centers, but not considered strategic. Adobe should either divest or give these groups more autonomy and independent P+L.
