The firm values humility and maturity above everything else, which is a stark contrast to most other peer firms where humility is certainly not part of the vocabulary. People here are great but the lack of diversity (gender, ethnic, LGBTQ) is glaring and problematic. The average is also higher, and being so male heavy, culture is certainly stiffer than I'd like... I wish it was more chill and casual.

They have zero concept of work/life balance. As long as you don't mind working 80-100hrs a week, not taking vacation, working nights, weekends, and holidays, it's not too bad. If you have a LIFE other than work, run away rapidly.
