It is a deceptive place. They are really a virtual firm. HR, admin staff and IT get to work in the office, while consultants live in the field. It is a negative, non supportive culture. Their HR is the worst, meanest bunch I've ever experienced. A lot of management ion the consulting have left, and agree with me.

A&M makes offers as though one is a full time employee but in actuality, their contracts are what is called "Zero Hours Employment" which is illegal in Europe but allowed in the US. When you try to inquire about upcoming work, and try to network internally to get work, you get harsh, negative treatment from both your hiring manager and from the extremely rude people in their HR department. Their work is exaggerated in terms of what kind of work they do and importance to their clients. AVOID joining A&M.
