Bad High Management, hostile work environment, do not have an employee motivation policy, but rather a punitive policy. A Management more concerned with its welfare than the company itself.

I do my job the best I know, and I will always be proud of it, and really my work was good here. The bad thing was the work environment and how they managed to subordinate staff, at least I did not like me and I think it was almost always demotivating, and I had to fight against that demotivation of them.
