Not a typical culture where people reach office early like 7-8 and then there is no output for many months, Amex has a lovely culture, and they deliver more with a lots of flexibility round the clock, in terms of technology and proj methodologies they are always cutting edge, which gives a fantastic experience in itself, salary may be a little constraint, but getting les is completely worth, because the flexibility and freedom you get to perform is tremendous, i love the company and culture
