Employees are unengaged. I think this is due to only having review cycles once a year and salary increases have a hard cap of only 1-3%. Other perks are lacking compared to other firms, such as no utensils or food provided in the lunch room.

Overall the firm provides a good service to its clients. You get some of the benefits of working for a big firm (relocate possibilities etc.). However, the firm does not pay competitively, especially for analysts through senior consultant levels. Employee engagement is fairly poor as well.
