Employee - Principal/VP/Director

On manager and principal levels there is a base salary plus a bonus where the nominal bonus is 25% of the base salary, but could vary from 0 to 50% depending on performance (individual and the local market). Fringes and pension plans are decided locally

top heavy compensation

Employee - Senior Associate/Consultant

I would recommend this firm for the flexibility it gives its consultants and the access to high-level management from day 1, with all responsibilities that come with it. Hierarchy is not emphasized as in other firms and you are allowed to be more creative in your approach, than you would otherwise be in other bigger firms

Employee - Senior Associate/Consultant

Ambitious, driven and down to earth, with the courage to dream big: who said it cannot be done!

Employee - Senior Associate/Consultant

Compensation depends on office, the middle eastern offices has had better bonus than other offices thanks to business it generated. base salary is lower than other firms.

Employee - Senior Associate/Consultant

What I like about ADL culture is that it is very collaborative and allows its consultants to be themselves instead of conforming to a certain mold. some of the people you meet at ADL are the greatest and quirkiest minds, that later create startups. And most importantly people you will always keep in touch with!

Employee - Senior Associate/Consultant

ADL is known for being a technical brand that dabbles in strategy but does not hesitate to go into implementation, a brand that used to be dominant in the past and currently might not be top 3 in terms of brand market reputation, but clients who worked with ADL in the past always come back due to the firm's professionalism, ethics, and technical savviness.

Employee - Analyst

Lots of very smart people, interesting work.

Employee - Analyst

Love of intellectual curiosity and pride for having been the 1st consulting company, Boston area university links.

Employee - Analyst

Unfortunately, significantly behind the top names: McKinsey, then say Bain or BCG... ADL almost always rings a bell but doesn't bring that look of "ah... OK, big league."

Employee - Principal/VP/Director

Interesting work, not too hierarchical, international. Focused on growth in terms of global footprint and revenue - opportunity rich. Very good people.

Employee - Principal/VP/Director

The culture is collaborative, innovative, and solution oriented. We want to do well for our clients and generally treat each other well.

Employee - Principal/VP/Director

Known for its history, and has a strong reputation in technology and innovation management. Have a reputation of delivering its ideas and making them real, not just leaving a nice set of slides behind for the client.

Employee - Associate/Consultant

Due to the past bankruptcy and changes in management structure, Arthur D. Little is not as popular/ known anymore as before.
