Former Employee
Many people in the industry know that ADL is not like what is used to be It is no Longer regarded as a top tier firm But the name of the company is still respected There seems to be a detachment between the reputation of the company and the reputation of the name 'ADL'

In its present form, ADL is not the same. ADL management made some terrible decisions that forced the firm to dissolve.

When you're in a horror movie, you make poor decisions!

Strong reputation for innovative thinking
Employee - Senior Associate/Consultant
There was not a clear path or career development within the firm. Too many hours that were not sufficiently compensated. Serious lack of leadership from principals/partners that affected managers and sometimes the proper execution of projects. Questionable ethics and integrity when advising to clients, it was more about selling than actually adding value.
Employee - Senior Associate/Consultant
Cutthroat culture, selling is what matters, billing as many hours as possible.
