Employee - Vice President (VP, SVP, EVP, etc.)

CEO change not healthy for company. MARS too hands off and lost guiding principles.

Employee - Vice President (VP, SVP, EVP, etc.)

Led with focus on DVMS rising to make operational decisions without experience or expertise.

Employee - Vice President (VP, SVP, EVP, etc.)

Changes to Senior Leadership has eroded what was an amazing Culture.

Employee - Director

This company continues to be in a great deal of flux on a number of fronts. There have been significant organizational changes, industry pressures affecting the success of the company as well as the day to day of old culture clashing with new culture. Just below the surface, particularly below the Director level, there is a general apathy throughout the organization that anything will really change. Individuals have been promoted because 'they've been there' not because they would be the strongest candidate for the role. Caution.

Employee - Director

I think it depends. There are a lot of really great people at this company and just about all of them are really good intentioned people. There is a real issue between the people that have been there for 10-15 years and the new people that have come on board in the last 5 years. It can be a pretty hierarchical place. Open and direct dialogue does not happen easily across departments and often among teams. That said, this is situational and in some cases, on some teams you wouldn't experience this.

Employee - Director

Great mission, great intentions, a lot of smart people but there is a disconnect there that exists but is hard to describe. It's just there. You're either 'in' or 'out' with leadership and once you are pegged one way or the other it's basically impossible to change. If you're in, you can royally mess up even have disciplinary issues and you're fine. On the other hand, you can demonstrate growth and perform, have your manager advocate for you but still get push back to get recognition or get rewarded.
