Do not trust them. What they say in the interview likely will not carry over to your work at BMO. You will work your tail off and receive lower than average pay - low, low, low bonuses. Computer systems / IT systems are 5 - 10 years behind.

Senior management takes care of senior level management and lower level associates are expendable. Communication to lower level associates is terrible. Quite frankly they are liars. Pay was way below national and state averages.
