Leadership team in India lacks vision and always busy assigning blames extremely bias towards few individuals and very poor operational platform which impacts efficiency. One team which is so focussed to find people doing wrong and do not even appreciate verbally if things go right.. They want to hire people to get their clients and then harass them forcing them to leave. They have done this to many Individuals and a bunch of people who can lie so smartly.

Only if they could control local leadership team in India then this franchise could have gone to a much higher level adding value to clients.
