Employee - Senior Associate/Consultant

One of the three top strategy and general management firms in the world. There is no doubt that McK, Bain and BCG are the top tier and those three alone. Further, ranking those three against each other is pointless. As a BCG alum, I would argue with anyone who tried to elevate one of those three firms' market reputation above the other two, even if they were trying to elevate BCG.

The culture is very focused on structuring your own approach to the clients problem. Heavily dependent on finding a good mentor if you aren't already familiar with the consulting game.

Employee - Senior Associate/Consultant

Open structure about base pay. The variable piece is in the bonus and is heavily merit based.
