Compensation depends a lot on the region. For a Consultant In Ukraine: EUR 100k - base salary, Bonus up to 40%; Retirement 10% of total compensation; Signing bonus Eur 20k In Sweden: EUR 92k - base salary, bonus ~16-20%; retirement 12% of total compensation
