Cambridge Associates is a flailing business that has focused on getting younger at the expense of the experienced employees. The vast majority of the work is completed by kids 2-4 years out of college with little to no practical experience.

Detached. The senior leadership team is simply concerned with numbers and this is reflected in who is retained and who is let go. The individuals retained are standard, toe-the-line taskmasters with no creativity and very little investment experience.
