Former Employee - Senior Associate/Consultant
Pros: Great work/life balance, get more involved (after hours meetings or additional assignments) only if you want to Cons: Traditional consulting where the more you sell the better. Not real strategists but more implementers (below mckinsey or BCG)

The firm consists of local offices where we work with local accounts. Each office is a close knit community where people know and support each other. There are many opportunities to work with and travel to other offices to collaborate with other members of the firm or work on client projects together.

We have a mentor - protege program as well as several social and community groups that allow people to get to know each other and give back to the community. Since the local offices are not too big, everyone gets to know each other well and feel like a family.

Capco is well known among our clients for doing excellent work, often rescuing projects from the Big 4 that were not going well. We have an exemplary renewal rate on our client work. We just need to get the word out more to new potential clients!

We're a smaller firm so brand awareness isn't great. Once we're in at a client, they love us and our reputation grows quickly

Current Employee - Manager
Great client list and continually improving pedigree of new consultant classes. Excellent healthcare benefits, tuition reimbursement and less bureaucracy than big4. Some projects tend to be staff aug but also a good mix of opportunities.
