Employee - Principal/VP/Director
Well regarded by financial services companies as a specialist in the sector.
Employee - Principal/VP/Director
Inclusive culture. Everybody feels part of it.
Employee - Principal/VP/Director
Great company to work for. Good personal and business growth opportunities. Good working environment.
Employee - Partner
Capco's reputation in the market is that they are understated, as a result of historic under-spend in marketing, and brand association with FIS (which is predominantly known in the US). Company is becoming much more focused and targeted in areas of investments and growth, and increasing becoming a challenger to the large established Management & IT consulting players. Reputation tends to differ by geo based on historic focus (Ops vs. Technology vs. Regulatory consulting) - this is currently being addressed by new management by pushing a One Capco operating model.
Employee - Partner
Strong mantra to 'be yourself at work' - no conformity required to a specific corporate profile when comparing to Big4/Accenture. Flat organisation where people at all levels are encouraged to share their views and challenge ideas.
Employee - Partner
Fast growing, entrepreneurial environment. Wide space to influence the direction of the company and have a personal impact.
Employee - Senior Associate/Consultant
Fun to work, but very unstructured. Very local oriented - hardly any international alignment. Can quickly turn into a glorified bodyshop
Employee - Senior Associate/Consultant
A number of Capco's senior leadship have left. Question is what comes in place. Lot's of ex-accenture.
Employee - Senior Associate/Consultant
Good base salary. Bonus undefined. Other expenses might not be covered.
Employee - Senior Associate/Consultant
Very open en flat structure but your milage may vary according to which geographical location you are in.
Employee - Senior Associate/Consultant
Good reputation - but might might come under fire if larger projects fail
Employee - Principal/VP/Director
Poor leadership
Employee - Principal/VP/Director
Lacking integrity
Employee - Principal/VP/Director
Pay and bonus was arbitrary based on who you knew
Employee - Principal/VP/Director
Capco's culture was lacking in integrity. Senior executives were promiscuous, "mingling" with jr female employees. Those employees were promoted. The CFO was a 28yr old female with no degree or experience in finance.
Employee - Principal/VP/Director
Reputation is an F. I have removed it from my CV and replaced with FIS
Employee - Senior Associate/Consultant
The way they reward people is very unfair.
Employee - Senior Associate/Consultant
Well perceived in the industry but known as expensive.
